Last week was a great adventure! Roger Kemp and Co. asked if I would join them in Chicago at James MacDonald’s ministry, Walk in the Word. My purpose in going was to spend a couple of days with the radio staff, training and encouraging them in their audio production. We talked about room acoustics, audio equipment, tricks and tips for precise audio editing, and philosophy about how to handle content. We were able to look at the big picture, and I think we all walked away encouraged. Josh and Brett were a blast!

Of course, you can’t go to Chicago and not experience a deep dish pizza. I stayed one extra day, and I’ll admit that I indulged in a second helping. Two deep dishes in one week? Yep. And well worth it.
